Exchange and Return Policy – Yemeni Women

At Yemeniat, we are committed to your complete satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience for premium Yemeni coffee and related products. This policy outlines our exchange and return procedures for all products.

1- Coffee returns and exchanges

We carefully select and roast our coffee to ensure the best quality in every cup. We only accept returns in the following cases:

Damage or defect in the product upon receipt.

Order error (product different from what was ordered).

The problem will be investigated and an appropriate solution will be proposed, either: replacing the product, or compensating/refunding the order value as the case may be.

2- Product replacement

If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us to determine the replacement product.

The replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and its condition is verified.

In case of a price difference between products, the amount will be collected or refunded as needed.

3- General observations

We recommend checking the products upon receipt before signing for delivery.

Shipping time estimates from delivery companies are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Yemenisat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
